No Refund Post 3 Days: Refund requests must be made within 3
days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be issued after this

No Refunds on Renewals: Refunds are only available for the
initial purchase. Subsequent renewals or additional subscription
purchases are non-refundable.

Your subscription, along with all uploaded data, will be deleted upon
requesting a refund, so please ensure you back up any data you may

provided it meets the policy criteria.
If you purchased the subscription or service through a partner, please
contact the partner directly to initiate the refund process. The same
refund conditions apply regardless of the purchase method, including
what is covered and excluded by the refund policy.

services, we may need to verify your identity before processing your
request. In certain situations, we may require additional details,
such as your email address or a government-issued identification, to
complete this verification process.
