Can I use videos of different dimensions for various product listings?
This Article is for stores running on Solo plan or higher
Yes, you can use videos of different dimensions for various product listings. However, it's recommended to maintain consistency in aspect ratio and size to ensure a clean and professional appearance across your site.
Commmerce platforms support various aspect ratios (16:9, 1:1, 4:5). Be sure to optimize video resolution (such as 720p or 1080p) and keep the file size within 10 MB.
