How to Exchange Products?

Follow the steps below to exchange products from a completed sale:

Step 1. Navigate to Orders (as shown in “1”) from the left navigation menu and search for the required order number using the search bar (as shown in "2")..



Step 2. Enter the order number in the search bar (as shown in "3") and select the relevant order from the search results to open its details (as shown in "4").



Step 3. Review the order details to ensure you have selected the correct order (as shown in "5"). Once verified, click Replace to initiate the replace process (as shown in "6").


 

Step 4. Choose the items and quantities that need to be replaced. You can perform a partial replacement by selecting only the specific products or quantities that require replacement, while leaving the remaining items in the order unchanged (as shown in "7" and “8”).



Step 5. Mark the selected items and quantities to ensure the correct products are being replaced (as shown in "9"). Verify all replacement details carefully, then click Update to proceed with the replacement process (as shown in "10").



Step 6. Review the final replacement summary to confirm that the correct items and quantities have been selected for replacement (as shown in "11"). Once verified, click Replace in the top-right corner of the screen to complete the replacement process (as shown in "12") 

Step 7. Once the replacement has been processed successfully, the order status will be updated to Partially Replaced, indicating that only the selected items or quantities have been replaced while the remaining items in the order remain unchanged (as shown in "13").



Step 8. After the replacement has been completed, the order status will be updated to Partially Replaced. You can also review the replacement activity in the order's Timeline, where the replacement details, updated quantities, and status changes are recorded for reference (as shown in "14").
