Step 1. From the left navigation menu, click Reports to access the reporting section of the POS system (as shown in "1").
Step 2. Use the search bar to find the Stock Report, then click on it to view detailed stock movement and inventory transaction information (as shown in "2").
Step 3. The Stock Report will be displayed, showing detailed information about inventory levels, stock movements, stock-in and stock-out transactions, and other relevant inventory metrics for the selected period (as shown in "3").
Step 4. You can view the same report in different visualization modes, such as graphical charts and tabular views, to analyze stock movement data in the format that best suits your requirements (as shown in "4").
Step 5. Click Export in the top-right corner of the report screen to download the stock report for further analysis, sharing, or record-keeping purposes (as shown in "5").
