Step 1. From the left navigation menu, click Reports to access the reporting section of the POS system (as shown in "1").
Step 2. Choose Inventory Reports from the list of available reports to view inventory-related data and stock performance metrics (as shown in "2" ).
Step 3. Select the required inventory report and apply the necessary filters, such as date range, location, category, or stock status, to refine the report results (as shown in "3")
Step 4. Review the report details, including stock levels, inventory movements, stock valuation, low-stock items, and other relevant inventory metrics. The report may display both numerical data and graphical representations for easier analysis (as shown in "4").
Step 5. You can change the report period by selecting the desired report category, such as Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly, to analyze inventory performance across different time ranges (as shown in "5").
Step 6. Click Export in the top-right corner of the screen to download or share the inventory report for further analysis and record-keeping purposes (as shown in "6")
