Hear about a bad visit before Google does.
Signal collects branded post-purchase feedback at the counter, NPS, ratings, and sentiment, and alerts you the moment a score is low. So you fix the problem quietly instead of reading about it in a public review.
Schedule a DemoMost unhappy customers never tell you. They tell Google.
Feedback forms get ignored, paper comment cards are never digitised, and by the time a service problem at one store surfaces as a public review, the customer is already gone. Signal captures feedback at the point of sale, when the experience is fresh, and routes a low score to the right person immediately, so you catch the issue while you can still fix it.
From payment to insight in one tap
A short, branded survey reaches the customer at the right moment, and the answers land in a live dashboard.
Build the survey
Pick question types, set your branding, and choose a display mode. Conditional logic skips questions that do not apply.
Reach the customer
Deliver it after billing through a POS-triggered link, or share it by QR code, a tablet at the counter, or WhatsApp.
Collect and score
Customers answer in seconds. Each response is saved with source and timestamp, and scored for NPS, rating, and sentiment.
Act on it
Watch NPS trends and rating distribution per store, and get a real-time alert the moment someone leaves a low score.
Everything to ask, measure, and act
Seven question types
Star rating, emoji reaction, NPS, single and multiple choice, and short and long text.
Conditional logic
Skip questions based on previous answers, so every customer only sees what is relevant.
Custom branding
Your colours, logo, and theme on every survey, plus one-at-a-time, scrollable, or grouped display.
NPS and sentiment analytics
NPS trends, rating distribution, and sentiment analysis, viewable per store.
Low-score alerts
Get notified in real time when feedback is poor, so you reach the customer before they leave.
POS-triggered surveys
After payment the POS hands off order details and Signal returns a branded survey link automatically.
CSV export
Download every response with full metadata for your own analysis in Excel or elsewhere.
WhatsApp-friendly links
Share a survey over WhatsApp after purchase, the way Indian shoppers actually respond.
Protect your rating
Catch unhappy customers before they post publicly. Pair it with the free Google review link to send the happy ones to review you.
Made for a real counter, not a research panel
Point-of-sale, not inbox
Feedback is captured in-store at the moment of purchase, where response rates beat email follow-ups by a wide margin.
WhatsApp sharing
Survey links share cleanly over WhatsApp, the channel Indian customers actually open.
Simple for every shopper
A clean, tap-friendly survey that works for customers who are not used to digital forms.
Store-level NPS for chains
Track NPS and sentiment per outlet, so you know exactly which store needs attention.
Frequently asked questions
Can I trigger the survey automatically after billing?
Yes. Signal integrates with Commmerce POS, so after payment the POS sends the order details and Signal returns a branded survey link, delivered on the spot or shared afterwards. You can also share a survey by QR code, a tablet at the counter, or WhatsApp.
How many questions should a survey have?
Short surveys of three to five questions at the point of sale get much higher response rates than email follow-ups. You can pick from star ratings, emoji reactions, NPS, single or multiple choice, and short or long text, and skip questions with conditional logic.
Will customers see my brand or Commmerce branding?
Your brand. Each survey has custom colours, logo, and theme, so the whole experience looks like you, not us.
Can I export responses to Excel?
Yes. All responses export to CSV with full metadata, so you can analyse them in Excel or your own tools alongside the built-in NPS, rating, and sentiment analytics.
How is Signal different from Google Forms?
Signal gives you branded surveys, POS-triggered delivery at the moment of purchase, real-time alerts when a score is low, and NPS and sentiment analytics in one dashboard, integrated with the rest of your Commmerce stack. Google Forms is free and generic but does none of that.
Do I have to use NPS?
No. You can skip NPS and use star ratings or emoji reactions instead. The question types are flexible, so you ask only what you want to know.
