Free shipping offers
Create an offer that covers the delivery charge on orders over an amount you choose. The till takes the charge off when a basket qualifies, tells the cashier why when it does not, and carries the discount onto the order and the invoice.
Refunds go back the way the customer paid
When an order was paid partly from a wallet and partly by card, each share is refunded to where it came from, worked out from the order itself. Part refunds are split in proportion, so no payment method is ever refunded more than it took.
A reason for every turned-down order
Turning away an incoming order now asks why, from a fixed list, with room for your own words and the items that are unavailable. Accepted orders can be withdrawn too, and the time each order was accepted, refused or marked ready is recorded.
Cash entries by day, week or month
Cash Management now opens on today and switches to this week, this month or all time, newest entries first. Every cash entry and register shift also records which device and platform took it, so a drawer that does not balance is quicker to trace.
Purchase orders in the product's own unit
A purchase order line now carries the unit the product is sold in, so dal priced per kilo is ordered in kilos, and the unit, the cost and the quantity on the document your supplier receives all agree.
Reattempt a failed delivery
When a delivery fails, record it in Delivery Hub and schedule another attempt, without leaving the shipment screen.
Shipping charge reconciliation
Check what you were charged for shipping against what you collected, so the gap between courier bills and customer delivery fees is visible instead of buried.
Your delivery credit at a glance
See how much platform-fee credit is left in the current billing cycle: the allowance, what is used, what remains, when it resets, and the per-delivery fee by shipment type once it runs out.
Global blocks in the store editor
Your header, footer, flash bar and any block you make global are listed in the store editor, ready to place on any page. A placed global block stays linked, so one edit updates every page that uses it.
